X20 Controller Design

EasySMX X20 Design and Build Quality

The EasySMX X20 game has a modern, clean aesthetic with a light gray finish, giving a sleek and minimalist look. The design feels ergonomic with rounded edges, which is comfortable to hold.

The controller’s buttons are well-spaced, with the transparent ABXY buttons on the right side, each clearly labeled and backlit, adding to its premium feel. The analog sticks are symmetrically placed, surrounded by circular RGB LED rings that give off a subtle glow. The D-pad has a translucent design, and the home button sits in the center, right below a small screen that has the “EasySMX logo.” On both sides we have textured grip, so playing with not gonna fall provides strong hold.

EasySMX X20 back buttons

On the backside, it has a 2-way trigger lock switch, allowing customization for games, which makes the triggers more clicky. On both left and right sides, there are four programmable paddles (M1/M3 and M2/M4), which is programmed according to the games you’re playing. Between the paddles, there is a connection mode switcher.

Build quality solid with smooth curves and RGB LED lighting along the side grips, making the controller visually appealing. The overall design balances and aesthetics are appealing to both gamers who value performance and who appreciate stylish gear.

X20 Controller Connectivity

The EasySMX X20 supports universal compatibility, allowing connections via Bluetooth, a 2.4GHz wireless receiver, and a USB-C cable. It is compatible with Android devices, Nintendo Switch, PC, and iOS devices.

First, I tested it with Bluetooth connectivity on Android while playing Call of Duty Mobile, and the connection was impressive. There were no delays in actions, offering a quick and responsive performance. Additionally, when you connect it to any device, you’ll notice a strong vibration, which feels really satisfying.

Next, I tested it with the 2.4GHz receiver. After plugging it into the device and pressing the button to switch modes on the back of the controller, I was ready to game. The performance was seamless, with no delays, and in my experience, it worked excellently no matter the game.

EasySMX X20 Triggers and Hal Sticks

EasySMX X20 Controller Triggers

So, as for the triggers, we have the Hall effect, which provides quicker actions, and in my testing in Call of Duty, they perform smoothly without delaying the action. When you press the triggers, the actions you get on the screen exact time. And with the 2-way trigger lock, triggers clicky from a losely press, and this provides an immersive experience.

The adjustable hall effect sticks provide good response, and they have RGB lights below, which feature 7 RGB modes and give various combinations. The sticks feel comfortable to use with grip caps, so while doing long gaming sessions and getting sweaty, there is no need to worry or again and again slip your finger because these grips provide a strong hold on sticks.

Cal of Duty Mobile EasySMX Wireless Gaming controller Mapping

And if your doing gaming on mobile with EasySMX X20 games like Call of Duty Mobile and Asphalt 9, you don’t need to do a control mapping; those games automatically detect the controls, and you can find the control setting in the game where you can make changes on sensitivity and changes the button actions, whatever.

Battery Life

The EasySMX X20 controller has a 1000mAh battery, and in my testing, I got around 3 and half hours of playtime. At the top of the controller, there is a USB-C port for charging using the included cable. It takes around 2 to 3 hours to fully charge, which isn’t too slow. At the bottom of the controller, there are four LEDs that indicate the battery status. When connected to a charging device, if the LEDs are flashing slowly, it means the controller is receiving low voltage, so you’ll need to charge it with the correct voltage for optimal performance.
