As reported by MacRumors, Apple is gearing up to release iOS 18.2.1. The build number isn’t available yet, but this update is expected to roll out soon.
While the details of iOS 18.2.1 aren’t confirmed, it’s likely to include bug fixes and security updates. Earlier this month Apple launched iOS 18.2, introducing new Apple Intelligence features like Genmoji, Image Playground and ChatGPT integration.
New iOS updates usually start showing up in analytics before their official release, which is a big sign that Apple is testing the update internally on more devices.
Apple’s also working on iOS 18.3, which was rolled out to developers and public beta testers last week. That update is expected to drop in January.
