Additionally, there’s another color option available with a similar finish, but in green, while the one I have boasts a lovely beige shade. Personally, I find the beige variant particularly attractive. it feels exceptional in hand offering a satisfying and comfortable grip that makes holding it a delight.
Despite weighing approximately 190.4g, or more precisely 191g, it doesn’t feel excessively heavy when held. The phone is solidly constructed and includes a scratch guard for added protection. Its plastic frame, even in gold, radiates a premium aura. At the bottom, you’ll find a speaker grill and a USB Type C port, alongside a SIM card tray and a microphone. The left side lacks any buttons or ports, while the top features another speaker grill and a noise-canceling microphone.
Display
The Realme 11 Pro Plus may have an appealing exterior, the initial user experience and the presence of ads leave much to be desired. As for the display, it is good but not significantly different from its predecessor, the Realme 10 Pro+, which was launched only six months ago. Boasts a 6.67” FHD+ OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 950 Nits brightness. The only noticeable difference from the Realme 10 Pro+ is a slight increase in brightness, with the latter having 800 Nits. Therefore, the display remains largely the same when compared to the Realme 10 Pro+. The bezels surrounding the screen are remarkably thin, almost nonexistent on the sides. Even the chin and upper bezels are slim. With a screen-to-body ratio of 93%, the display itself is excellent in terms of maximizing the available screen space.

The Realme 11 Pro Plus places a strong emphasis on its camera capabilities, drawing significant attention. If you lower the settings to the lowest, you can enjoy a smooth gameplay experience with 60FPS. Both the Dimensity 1080 and 7050 chipsets are solid performers when it comes to overall performance. The throttling score, which indicates how well the device handles sustained performance over extended gaming sessions, is impressive at 83%. Which means you can play for longer durations without experiencing significant performance degradation.
Connectivity and Fingerprint Sensor
The Realme 11 Pro Plus offers excellent connectivity options. It supports Wi-Fi 6 and 5G connectivity, allowing for fast and reliable internet connections. It is compatible with 9 bands, ensuring broad network coverage. The device also features dual 4G VoLTE support, enabling simultaneous use of two 4G connections. Nonetheless, considering its HDR10+ OLED display, high brightness, Widevine L1 support, and powerful stereo speakers, the remains a great choice for multimedia consumption.

The Realme 11 Pro Plus stands out with its attractive design, making it one of the best-looking phones available. However, the operating system is not good. The duration of software updates hasn’t been explicitly mentioned, it can be assumed that the device will receive major updates for around two years and security updates up to 3 years. Unfortunately, the presence of recommendations and ads diminishes the user experience. Moreover, in 2023, hardware specifications have become commoditized, and most phones in this price range offer similar hardware capabilities. The differentiating factor lies in the software experience, where the Realme 11 Pro Plus falls short.
Moto Edge 40 offers a cleaner user interface experience within the same price range. Additionally, other devices provide features such as wireless charging, IP rating for water and dust resistance, eSIM support, and impressive display quality. It's important to note that the software experience may be a significant drawback.
